Uncommon project in Jūrmala-

 The author of the complex is American designer Karim Rashid. The architecture of the project was designed by Andis Sīlis.

The interior continues the theme of Jūrmala, which also echoes the style of Karim Rashid and the project motto “The art of living is living with art”. The apartments are bright and futuristic. The paintings, which are one of the central elements, stand out in particular.

The author's idea was to continue the colour, the extravagance, as well as the art in the interior of the apartment. The walls of the apartment are rounded, so the design team tried to include curved lines in the interior as well. Due to the short deadline, designers had to look for furniture and accessories that could be obtained locally in Latvia. Bright accents are implemented in the concept of colours. It was clear from the outset of the project that the apartment should not be boring - it should be lively and colourful, just like the complex itself.
