villa in south of France-

A villa in the south of France, which includes a main house on two floors with an area of 334 m2 and a small guest house with an area of 32 m2.

The project consists of 6 bedrooms, an office space, a large salon / living room with a fireplace, kitchen, sports area, two pantries, 7 bathrooms, a spacious terrace with a view of the pool and the Mediterranean Sea of the Santropé Bay.

The customer's wish was to create a modern and contemporary interior in light tones, with wooden accents, without unnecessary details and as ascetic as possible. In the living room, bathrooms and kitchen, large-sized tiles in a neutral shade of sand were chosen, while high-quality parquet from "Boen" with a natural finish was laid in the bedrooms and the office space.

The interior is dominated by built-in and custom-made furniture from the Latvian company "Camillo", thus creating a functional and minimalistic environment, giving the opportunity to hide everything unnecessary behind hidden doors.

Invisible interior doors from the Italian manufacturer "Res". Bedroom and wardrobe partition, masterfully finished with vertical veneered planks, in which hidden doors are integrated.

Kitchen from the Italian manufacturer "Zampieri" - oak facade with vertical veneered slats in different thicknesses, "Smeg" kitchen appliances, "Inalco" kitchen and island surface top.

In bathrooms and wc’s sanitary ware from "Cielo" and mixers from "Hansgrohe", the shower area of the master bathroom also has a sauna for cooler winter evenings and relaxation.

The interior accents characteristic of the southern and seaside regions are also not missing, including various weaves, jute and sisal carpets, see-through linen curtains in neutral tones throughout the house.
